• Nizoral (Ketoconazole)
• Antacids that contain magnesium or aluminum such as Maalox or Mylanta

Be cautious about using Allegra in conjunction with medications such as sedatives, narcotic pain medications, seizure medicines, sleeping pills, other cold and allergy medications, muscle relaxants, and medication for depression or anxiety.
