How to take Viagra

What to avoid while taking Viagra

Possible drug interactions with Viagra include:
- Medications used to treat high blood pressure or a prostate disorder

- Nitrates
Do not take Viagra with nitrate medicine. When taken together, these medications can cause a sudden and serious decrease in blood pressure.
Viagra may cause low blood pressure, and drinking alcohol may increase this effect. Talk to your healthcare provider before drinking alcohol. Drinking grapefruit juice with Viagra may lead to unwanted side effects.
